Month of Coordination

This package is designed for the couple who prefers to plan her own wedding, but needs assistance with coordinating the Wedding Day. Two months before the wedding, we will meet with the couple to discuss the wedding details. We will contact your vendors to finalize details, coordinate the rehearsal, and be on site for the Wedding and Reception to take the pressure off of you and allow you to enjoy your special day.

Services Provided:

Two planning meetings (an initial planning meeting and a final meeting two weeks before the wedding)
Confirm vendor commitments and finalize details
Visit Wedding ceremony and rehearsal site to map out floor plans and logistics
Rehearsal, Wedding ceremony and reception coordination
Help Bride into gown, if needed and assist Groom and Bridal party
Unlimited e-mails and phone calls 2 months prior to wedding
Deliver favors, toss items, guest book, cake servers, toasting flutes, bridal portrait, unity candle, ring bearer pillow, flower girl baskets, place cards, menus and programs to the venue and set up in the agreed upon area
Create detailed wedding ceremony and reception timeline for Bride/Groom and vendors (includes processionals, ceremony music, photography, videography, toasts, cake cutting, special dances, bouquet and garter toss, etc.)
Provide “Day of” checklists and reminders for the bridal party and vendors
Provide Emergency kit for the Bride and Bridal Party
Vendor contact, set up and arrival time coordination
Two planners on site at Wedding ceremony and reception
Ensure final payments are made to vendors
Handle last minute emergencies
Ensure that all wedding gifts are transported into the designated vehicle
Ensure that top layer of cake has been boxed and given to the designated person
