The Sapphire Package

This package is designed for the Bride who has completed some planning but would like to have the benefit of having professional guidance and vendor recommendations during the planning process.  This service allows the Bride and Groom to coordinate the majority of their wedding details while still having our expertise available, which allows you to enjoy your planning with a little less stress.  We will assist with services - from personal budget planning, to rehearsal, wedding day ceremony, and reception coordination.

   Services provided:

  • Preparation of wedding budget and payment reminders

  • Preparation and management of Wedding Timeline

  • Up to five scheduled planning meetings

  • Unlimited e-mails and phone calls

  • Set up appointments with 5 vendors and attend meetings

  • Discuss your desired plans and wedding style or theme

  • Discuss your chosen Venue selection for the wedding ceremony and reception site and visit sites

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Review vendor contracts, follow-up and discuss details

  • Discuss wedding etiquette guidelines (proper way to address invitations, who pays for what, etc.)

  • Discuss “save the date” cards and guest list management

  • Create detailed wedding ceremony and reception timeline for Bride/Groom and vendors (includes processionals, ceremony music, photography, videography, toasts, cake cutting, special dances, bouquet and garter toss, etc.)

  • Deliver favors, toss items, guest book, cake servers, toasting flutes, bridal portrait, unity candle, ring bearer pillow, flower girl baskets, place cards, menus and programs to the venue and set up in the proper place 

  • Provide Emergency kit for the Bride and Bridal party

  • Vendor contact, set up and arrival time coordination

  • Two planners on site at Wedding ceremony and reception

  • Ensure final payments to vendors

  • Rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception coordination

  • Create Bride’s wedding day schedule

  • Provide Bride and Groom with marriage license information

  • Pin corsages and boutonnières on bridal party and distribute bouquets

  • Ensure that all wedding gifts are transported into the designated vehicle

  • Ensure that top layer of cake has been boxed and given to the designated person
